- Closely follow up factory planning team to ensure bulk production is on track and per line plan.
- Co Ordinate with relevant team on Testing samples / TOP samples or any other samples as per Customer requirement to meet OTD.
- Monitor teams day to day activities and escalate potential issues to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Closely monitor system related activities and approvals to ensure on time Sale Order closure.
- Provide details / clarifications to the management team on data circulated
- Ensure all reports requested by Customer are submitted on time with accurate information.
- Weekly meeting with customer on production status
- Drive the team in a methodical manner to achieve set KPI
- Tracking weekly all the orders and status of the same, highlighting any potential risks and fall outs from TNA that would affect delivery performance.
- Weekly tracking of orders and communicating with customer on time and accurately.
