- Manage FGL profile for each customer and implement customers’ requirements at respective factory including outsourcing partners from outside.
- Ensure safety & healthy working environment is monitored and checked periodically according to the country law requirement & customer standards. Corrective and preventive actions need to address and take in place to sustain the working environment.
- Coordinate with HR & TMD team to conduct Orientation training to new employees on Compliance awareness, other compulsory training courses & develop competencies aligning with business sustainability strategy
- Response timely to customers’ concern about Compliance area of all factories of FGL & outsourcing partners
- Be responsible for MAP of FGL factories & subcontractors before/ during and after the audit on MAP.
- Be a proactive partner to advise on matters related to labor standard/ HSE/ and Security requirement.
- Be responsible to implement, maintain & improve labor standard/ HSE and security requirement at all FGL factories
- Manage all subcontractors including: Printing/ washing/ embroidery/ sewing: by working closely with factory and conduct the onsite audit/ visit to ensure the Compliance status are maintained as daily basis.
- Set up and develop the checklist/ audit program and quarterly conduct internal audit at all factories of FGL.
- Develop and control system to prevent or deal with violations of legal guideline ad internal policies. Evaluate the efficiency of controlling and improve them continuously.
- Update and revise Company Regulation to make sure up to date with the labor code
- Revise policy and procedure to identify hidden risk or non- conformity issue related to Social Compliance
- Working with HRM to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
- Conduct the survey/ assessment to define the JHA & RA
- Prepare report for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Follow complaints and investigating outbreaks of food poisoning (if happened)
