• To ensure that production activities are carried out according to GMP guidelines and in accordance with issued quality standards and according to the plan.
• Mak detailed production planning based on master plan from Planning Department.
• Implement the production plan and take responsibility for both technical and management from receiving raw materials to preparing, packing and delivering finished products to the warehouse.
• Final review and approval on batch records before sending to QA.
• Draft and/or review production related SOPs.
• Suggest ideas to improve the production process.
• Discuss with the QA Manager to find the causes and solutions to overcome the errors in the production area.
• Participating in self-inspection, training, planning and training programs, updating training records for employees.
• Coordinate with all departments in appraisal, environmental testing, calibration and maintenance.
• Comply with basic GMP regulations in the production area and factory regulations.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Pharmacy.
Language: English.
Experience:
- At least 05 years of experience as a Production Manager in the Pharmaceutical field.
- Detailed knowledge and comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, guidelines, and processes.
- Leadership experience with proven ability to influence and build relations.
