- Conduct project review with the involvement of relevant departments on a daily basis and support them to achieve project result/ KPIs in a timely and an effective manner.
- Ensure employee involvement for Lean initiatives, implement and sustain same, follow up on the progress made by the plants/Head Office in order to ensure that the required standards are adhered to whilst supporting the following:
+ Facilitate the preparation of PDCA’s for identified issues by coordinating with relevant persons.
+ Arrange lean manufacturing related training for employees (Ex: Job Family Training).
+ Update progress charts and audit the process of lean establishment at each department according to the given guide line.
- Design systems, tools, forms, and processes to enable people to succeed in delivering the expected organizational/ people development benefit.
- Design and delivery relevant key people development program such as trainings, workshops, kaizen weeks and best practice sharing forums.
- Establish, conduct 5S workshop, audit 5S and make 5S audit report to highlight for relevant department by weekly.
- Training and guide how to use lean tools for all team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement lean tools, visual display, visual management, pull system in order to improve productivity.
- Flow the process from input to pack.
- Coach and lead Kaizen event monthly.
- Apply, train and drive the lean culture for all team members.
- Train curriculum standardization and version updates.
- Upgrade self-competency and learn through daily problem solving.
- Create 5S culture in the workplace.
- 5S Implementation and maintain.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
