- Supervise quality control activities from input to shipment to ensure garments meet customer quality standards.
- Communicate buyer quality requirements and technical standards to the OC team and ensure proper implementation.
- Monitor inline inspection, coordinate with Sewing Supervisors, and ensure teams followi work instructions, ISQ, and quality methods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate rejection and quality reports on time.
- Attend pre-production meetings to review quality requirements for new styles.
- Implement and maintain red tag system, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage team attendance, discipline, and performance to achieve quality KPIs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
