Responsibility
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research;
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
- Test and review created materials;
- Maintain a database of all training materials;
- Instruct employee training and onboarding;
- Review employee performance and learning;
- Conduct training classes on policy/product;
- Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for any identified knowledge issues.
- Bachelors degree in any related field;
- Vietnamese local; proficient in English 4 skills (at least C1 level);At least 1-2 years experience in training; solid training and
- coaching skills experience;Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus;
- Needs Analysis knowledge and/ or experience is a plus;
- Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and Internet applications;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing;
- Knowledge of people learning patterns to design programs with excellent efficiency;
- Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.

- 5 shifts per week amounting to 40 hours, arranged by the company;
