You’ll create impact by
- Supporting the company administration and sales team in daily business routines
- Assisting in Compliant topics, such as Data privacy, disciplinary process, Case handling support etc..
- Quality Management and Product safety local support for all guidelines / regulations required by business processes including interface with HQ/Cluster colleagues about this topic..
- EHS local support, including interface with HQ/Cluster colleagues about this topic
- Marketing and Communication: Provide the local support for some Marcom activites, such as seminars and events in coordination with HQ/Cluster team
- Assisting the Managing Director in administrative works
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an international company.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1970 Hercules Malaysia được thành lập để cung cấp thùng dầu đã qua sử dụng đã được tân trang lại cho ngành dầu khí.
- 1976 Hercules đa dạng hóa sang sản xuất nắp kim loại.
- 1980 Dịch vụ phục hồi thùng dầu đã ngừng hoạt động và công ty tập trung 100% vào việc đóng cửa sản xuất.
- 2004 Hercules Việt Nam được thành lập và đang cung cấp sản phẩm đóng cửa cho các công ty đa quốc gia.
- 2007 Hercules đã đạt được chứng nhận ISO 9001 thành công.
- 2016 Hercules đã đạt được chứng nhận HACCP MS1480:2007 thành công.
- 2017 Hercules trở thành một trong những nhà sản xuất & nhà cung cấp đóng cửa ở cả thị trường địa phương và quốc tế.

Trở thành nhà sản xuất & nhà cung cấp thiết bị đóng cửa ở khu vực Châu Á Thái Bình Dương để phục vụ nhu cầu đa dạng của khách hàng về thực phẩm & nước giải khát, nhà máy bia, rượu, dầu & gas, mỹ phẩm & các ngành công nghiệp dược phẩm.
