Mô tả Công việc
This position combines process design and maintenance support of manufacturing processes and equipment and provides approval and recommendation to specific needs and issues at the site. Process improvement may include equipment specification, design, and product development/improvement. Usage and implement continuous improvement principles, such as 5S, 8S, and lean principles, to focus on improving the outcomes of various processes. A process could be an actual industrial process (machines & products) or an information process.
Key Responsibilities Include
Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and modification of the following:
Identify improvement opportunities and define specific areas for improvement with the Factory Manager to translate them into concrete projects. There are three main topics for possible:
1. Machines And Process
Analyze process requirements and evaluates equipment and systems to ensure deliverables meet or exceed process specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Evaluate and recommend new process technologies that optimize performance, are cost-effective, and improve product quality, manufacturing techniques, and safety.
Analyze trends to characterize scale-up and performance/functionality of processes and to improve product/process quality, consistency, productivity, efficiency, and risk levels.
Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collect and interpret data from the other technical and operating staff involved.
Review existing data and reports to see if more research and information need to be collated and assess the adequacy of the existing processes and equipment. Measure and systematize processes, reduce variations, defects, cycle time, etc.
Work with frontline staff, identifying improvement opportunities and coaching/training employees on how to work more efficiently.
Work with engineering project leaders and maintenance manager to define Capex and sometimes work on new equipment start-up.
2. Products
Analysis of existing and new products to define how the recipes could eventually be optimized for plant efficiency. Participate in products specification reviews (Broadcom)
Work closely with other specialists, such as R&D, and QA (including personnel responsible for the quality control of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products) on trials
3. Continuous Improvement
Lead and manage the continuous improvement program. Apply principles and tools of continuous improvement when possible.
Work with production staff to eliminate reoccurring customer complaints/ non-conforming product-operational errors/ standardize processes and increase first-time yields.
Work with Production and Human Resources to develop work instructions and training plans.
Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field)
Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar function/position, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
Other Priority Competencies/Skills:
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office software.
Bilingual an asset.
Requires occasional traveling.
Professional training or experience in project management and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to work independently and within time constraints.
Successful problem-solver and confident in handling multifaceted aspects of a project.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills - critical thinking.
Ability to lead a multidisciplinary group.
Knowledge of the transfer process.
Ability to develop an understanding of factory production capabilities.
Physical Environment:
Must be able to move around the entire facility freely.
Must be comfortable with noise, heat, cold, and dust exposure.Laptop

Công ty TNHH Hóa dầu Long Sơn (LSP), một công ty được thành lập tại nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, đã được thành lập để phát triển, xây dựng và vận hành tổ hợp hóa dầu tích hợp đầu tiên của Việt Nam đặt tại tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu. Dự án sẽ bao gồm một máy cracker thức ăn hỗn hợp quy mô cơ sở thế giới, các nhà máy polyolefin hạ nguồn (HDPE, PP và LLDPE), đơn vị tiện ích trung tâm, cảng, cầu cảng và các cơ sở lưu trữ và các cơ sở liên quan khác.

Là dự án hóa dầu tích hợp đầu tiên tại Việt Nam, tầm quan trọng chiến lược của LSP nằm ở bản chất thay thế nhập khẩu để đáp ứng nhu cầu trong nước bền vững và tăng nhanh của Việt Nam đối với nhựa polymer và nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh của ngành nhựa, một nguồn thu xuất khẩu quan trọng cho Việt Nam.
