ZEE was founded by Mr. Quan Ngoc - who used to be the Head of Entertainment at Zing News, Content Director of Saostar. With a long history of journalism, and experience in managing media for many brands, entertainment projects, and artists, combined with co-founder Vu Pham - a person with strengths in creativity, organization of events, etc. event and production.

Officially born in June 2016, ZEE started as a PR Agency and has quickly transformed and led the trend to become an Integrated Agency with support and consulting services for brands from strategy to implementation contests and events to bring their customers to consumers through new, creative, and trend-appropriate forms.

Responsibilities

• You will become a member of our A team who turn great ideas into excellent communication campaigns across channels.
• Align with different departments including Creative, Account & Planning to roll out communications campaigns.
• Be in charge of developing a Communications Plan & Content Plan that aligned with the Client’s brief and proposals. 
• Manage communications execution plan. Ensure all projects are delivered on time with clear Scopes of Work, and meet all required quality standards.
• Work closely with vendors to produce high-quality content and take responsibility for controlling the quality of both visual and copywriting content.
• Assist line managers in managing assigned projects, proactively communicating with internal and external teams promptly to guarantee excellent execution as committed to clients.
• Have expertise in understanding Social Media & KOL platforms. 
• Assist the Creative and Planning team in developing strong Communications strategies with channel insights & most updated tactics.
• Develop compelling across-channel content (Social, PR, KOL).
• Manage bookings for both KOLs & Media channels. 

Qualifications

• A college/BA or higher degree in marketing or similar subjects is advantageous but not essential. Practical experience is preferred.
• Experienced in Social Management, Content Planning & Content Production. 
• At least 2-3 years experience in the Agency side.
• Good command of English
• Persuasive presentation skills.
• Good multitasking, able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and efficiency.
• Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence. Strong team player mindset.
• Willing to learn new market trends and be self-demand
