Process online orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proven experience in order processing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle order processing challenges and customer issues efficiently.
Strong proficiency in using order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms.
Excellent organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management practices is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
No requirement for phone or direct messaging communication.
