JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintenance of secondary ledger and preparation of manual journals such as accrual, prepayment allocation, intercompany posting ...
- Assistance with management of fixed assets as required.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliation, financial statement, internal report, P/L fluctuation analysis.
- Primary vs. secondary ledger reconciliation.
- Review entry journal, contact another team to adjust if any.
- Be responsible for forecasting and budget.
- Checking payroll, account recording.
- Ensure fulfillment of accounting reporting requirements to authorities. Attendance to audit queries (Endava group, SOX, internal and statutory).
- Assist Finance Manager and other stakeholders as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting fields.
- 4-5 years of experience working in General Accountant position, refer to have experience in IFRS, Oracle.
- Advanced in accounting software (Oracle is a plus), MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical and a quick learner.
- Experience in a large/multinational working environment, IT industry or working with expats is a plus.
- Be able to perform as an effective team player and also work independently.

Được thành lập bởi Tập đoàn Jinyu Tire - một doanh nghiệp chuyên nghiên cứu phát triển sản xuất lốp xe du lịch, lốp xe tải, lốp xe bus của Trung Quốc.
