To prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes.

To set up food presentations.

To check periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.

To assist in quality control of items and receiving goods.

To keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the Hotel.

To communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.

To communicates to Superior(s) any difficulties, guest or internal customer complaints/requests/comments and other relevant information.

To attend Hotel and Departmental meetings and training sessions fully.

To comply with Hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.

To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Work 5 days per week or 44 hours per week

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position

Experience in Hospitality is a plus
