Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrival and stay experience.

Ensure all reservations and guest information are accurate in the system (OPERA).

Deliver professional check-in and check-out services with efficiency and a warm, hospitable attitude.

Provide excellent guest service by handling inquiries, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally.

Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and facilities to effectively assist guests.

Handle phone calls, provide clear information, and support guest communication.

Work closely with F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor guest activities, report issues, and coordinate with Security when necessary.

Keep updated on daily events and city information to better assist guests.

Follow up on guest payments and maintain accurate records.

Report guest feedback and issues to Duty Manager and maintain daily logs.

Certificate in Front Office operations (Reception).

Good command of English, equivalent to B2 level.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Willing to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
