JOB DESCRIPTION

Emerhub Vietnam is looking for a Corporate Relations Executive- Regulatory Affairs is responsible for fully understanding a client&039;s needs and providing resources, procedures, and solutions to meet those needs. A CRE- Regulatory Affairs must ensure the company&039;s engaged services are delivered on time, on the company&039;s budget, and up to the client&039;s standards.

Follow up closely and update relevant parties and clients about the progress step by step and the result.
Reporting direct supervisor about all stages of the project on a regular basis
Present and demonstrate the company&039;s services to prospective clients
Full- fill tasks to implement internal services for the company whenever required
Ensure the 100% accuracy and comprehensiveness of the research result addressing each concern of the client
Report and update accurately to supervisors whenever required
Handling complaints from clients about the project under self- charge and amending the mistakes or damages caused which make clients unhappy
Build up a good relationship with clients through the delivery process
Fully update the company&039;s project database as required
Stay communicative, responsive, and supportive to clients&039; inquiries, questions, and concerns and proactively involve relevant parties to solve client&039;s requests
Provide professional research and support to Salesperson for closing the deal with prospective clients. Conduct a minimum of 10 research topics and 01 training sessions per month. Ensure high responsiveness throughout the working process which will not keep relevant parties waiting for more than 08 hours to give feedback or answer
Collaborate with other departments for sales and delivery activities
Prepare accurate documents and submit documents to relevant departments on the client&039;s behalf 100% on time.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in market entry, corporate secretary, business consulting or government relations
Good English communication skills
Preferably having a Degree in Law, Business/Management, Administration, Politics or equivalent
Passionate in customer service or account management
Good understanding in business regulation and permits
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory
Experience in entrepreneurship, or setting up a company will be a major advantage
Experience in serving overseas customers will be an advantage
