§ Prepare and oversee the implementation of Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, involved in Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for both existing and future products.
§ Conducting time and motion studies, as well as designing fixtures, tables, and trolley bins to enhance efficiency and minimize waste in the production line.
§ Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality electric vehicle assembly.
§ Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations to maintain consistency in production.
§ Monitor and improve the overall quality of the production process through continuous analysis and refinement.
§ Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
§ Prepare detailed reports on process performance and present findings to senior management.
§ Utilize statistical tools for process capability studies and to ensure process stability.

§ Coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance protocols, ensuring alignment with production processes.
§ Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
§ Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
§ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and production goals are achieved.
§ Should be responsible for Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
§ Process Engineering professional with experience in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering categories who has high technical expertise and an outstanding business acumen and is willing to partner with the organization in innovation and excellence.
§ Have an ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
§ Have an ability to communicate effectively with clarity, both in direction and in details
§ Have an ability to execute and deliver on commitments, identify risks early and proactively mitigate them.
§ Excellent English communication (verbal and written skill).
