Mô Tả Công Việc
- Perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...etc). - Windows person to contact with Korean customer to follow up customer’ requirements. - Cooperate with other Team leaders to support, manage Korean customer’s requirement. - Report directly to Service Manager and higher level.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent. - Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment. - Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills. - Able to work independently and work under high pressure. - Service mind characteristic. - Good negotiation / communication / reporting / training skills is a must. - Foreign language: Korean is a must. - Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
