- In-charge of technical support for Panasonic’ aqua product category.
- Providing instructions and guidance to solving queries that relate to products for end-users and dealers.
- Providing frequently technical training to dealers and company’ service centers.
- Controlling the product’s quality and reporting for all quality matter received from market.
- Other support as assigned by managers.
