In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, offering solutions, performing hands-on lab work, and introducing new products that make a real difference. You'll partner closely with our sales team, ensuring seamless support and driving growth in your territory.From product presentations to on-the-ground technical adjustments, you'll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best. Plus, you'll collaborate across teams and regions, helping to fuel our next big developments. If you love problem-solving, working with innovative products, and enjoy customer interactions, this role is for you!Responsibilities• Engage with customers through regular visits and ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.• Collaborate with the sales team to drive and support new business development efforts.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, providing timely solutions.• Offer technical assistance for new product launches and product development initiatives.• Conduct application testing and evaluate product performance and processes for improvement.• Provide expert guidance to Technical and Production teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.• Prepare detailed technical reports for customers addressing complaints or technical concerns.• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager to support team objectives.• Compile and submit monthly reports detailing project progress and key activities.
