The Position

At OPSWAT, we’re on a mission to protect the world’s most critical infrastructure. As a U.S.-based cybersecurity leader, we’re expanding our R&D footprint in Vietnam — and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on DevOps Engineer to lead development for one of our most strategic solutions: MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer.

MetaDefender Secure MFT empowers enterprises to securely transfer sensitive files across systems, networks, and borders. Trusted by governments and global organizations, we are at the heart of secure data movement — and we’re expanding its future in Ho Chi Minh City.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Develop, improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery and deployment (prefer with TeamCity)
• Optimize infrastructure, build and operate high availability and scalability infrastructure
• Implement tools and best practices for release, environment, and configuration management to improve build success rates.
• Create proof of concept solutions
• Production deployments and post-incident analysis
  
  
  

What We Need From You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps/ System Administrator/ System Engineer role.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline development and hands-on experience with related tools
• Experience in Software Delivery CI/CD (Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitOps)
• Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring/Management Principles.
• Experience with SQL server and Window sever administration
• Shell scripting languages such as: Bash/ PowerShell (Python is nice-to-have)
• Experience with Containerization (Docker)
• Experience in network stack (TCP/IP, Firewalls,...)
• Good Integration and Migration skills
• Understanding the SDLC
• Good/ Intermediate English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Top 10 OWASP knowledge
  
  
  

It Would be Nice if You Had

• Cybersecurity background or understanding in the field is appreciated
• Experience with Cloud is nice to have (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• OSI model understanding is welcomed
