The Position

We are looking for an Program Manager to be responsible for the execution of OESIS involving about 8 teams delivering different feature sets. The Program Manager will work closely with the Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products, on-time, in a fast-moving space.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with the OESIS Engineering teams to meet timelines with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate timelines, progress, and dependencies with internal stakeholders such as Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage critical initiatives and customer issues, interfacing with Engineering leads to facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to the Leadership team and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge in cybersecurity.
  
  
  

What We Need From You

• Excellent English communication skills via multiple channels (Confluence, Jira, Outlook, Teams).
• 4+ years of technical program/project management experience in software or similar.
• Experience managing and successfully delivering software development programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical degree and/or background in SW development.
