General Summary

Job Overview: the Manager, Business Operations will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam and work closely with South-East Asia business team on strategic planning and execution

• Act as a strategic partner to SEA business teams, translating market dynamics into actionable insights that fuel commercial expansion
• Support business leads to scope the market size and identifies market opportunities, connecting market intelligence to decision-making
• Support business leads to monitor design win pipeline and revenue, also evaluate the progress toward business target
• Take company’s high-level strategic vision and develop specific/measurable KPIs for tracking
• Lead or assist with cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive business growth or strategic change
• Drive operational excellence by advancing AI adoption and automation and reducing unnecessary efforts
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related work experience in technology industry
• Experience of working in Vietnam leading technology companies or global consulting firms is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent both in written and oral English
• Can work independently and proactively, with high learning motivation
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.
  
  
  

OR

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years of business operations or related experience.
