RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- FINANCE (STRONG FOCUS)
o Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Analysis/Report
o Create Financial Models and Projections to support strategic decision-making
o Conduct Pitching, Valuation, Due diligence for Investors
- GRANT & FUNDING APPLICATION
o Research and identify potential grant opportunities
o Develop grant proposals to effectively communicate the business model
o Deliver pitches/presentations to demonstrate the business potential & impact
- STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
o Stay updated on market trends and changes, scan relevant industries, and stakeholders for potential collaboration opportunities
o Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies
- OTHER AD-HOC TASKS BY REQUESTS (e.g.,sharing & training, data processing & report...)

- EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
o Bachelor's degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with Finance or Business
majors
o AT LEAST 2 YEARS of relevant experiences, preferably with strong Strategy/ Finance/ Audit/ Project Management background. Experience in financial analysis and modelling
o IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (Fluency in English is a must)
