MAIN DUTIES:

Administration

• The Airport Representative reports directly to the Concierge & must follow his guidelines regarding his day-to-day operations.

• The Airport rep. is expected to ensure that the limousine is in standby on time & coordinate with the driver the flight status.

• The Airport rep. must have a perfect grooming at all times according to the established standards.

• The Airport rep. must have a dynamic & positive attitude as hotel representative outside the premises.

Guest Service Responsibilities

• The Airport Representative must warmly welcome every Hotel Metropole Hanoi guest who has booked a limousine transfer with the hotel. He must standby at a visible place at the main exit of the arrivals terminal with the Sofitel Metropole Signage.

• For both Arrivals & Departures, the Airport rep. must build up a relationships with the guest to make him feel warmly welcome & to give him an excellent last impression.

• The Airport Representative must warmly farewell every Hotel Metropole Hanoi guest who has booked a limousine transfer from the hotel. He must standby at a visible place at the main entrance of the departure terminal.

• When no pick up or drop off is scheduled, the airport representative will welcome other Sofitel Metropole’s guests when we have a flight arrival time. The rest of the time, he/she will standby in the Arrivals terminal with the Sofitel Metropole signage, in order to welcome & assist potentially other Sofitel Metropole guests arriving & potentially walk in guests.

Miscellaneous

• All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
