Job Description
- Assess current tasks and processes within business team operations as requested to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. Develop and implement automation tools and workflows to streamline operations.
- Analyze product performance to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Document processes, workflows, and solutions clearly, ensuring that relevant stakeholders have access to up-to-date information.
- Manage and maintain relevant data systems and tools to create and distribute reports to stakeholders, providing insights that drive product and process decisions.
- Support the product development process by ensuring that product features and enhancements are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements or business knowledge need clarification.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
- Engage in regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and participate in other tech events in the region.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Web Development, or Software Development.
- Strong experience in Python, particularly for data analysis, automation tasks, and web scraping.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Proficiency in using version control and collaboration tools like Git and GitLab.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to inform product strategy and decision-making, utilizing data analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and how performance analysis contributes to continuous product improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in product development, as well as project management tools.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various technical stakeholders, based on good knowledge of databases, networks, and APIs.
- Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with both external and internal customers to analyze information needs, define functional requirements, and deliver necessary artifacts (e.g., reports, presentations, dashboards).
- Experience in using digital applications and tools such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business applications.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong growth mindset.
