- Prepare and deliver fun, interactive, and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 4–12 using the WISE curriculum.
- Apply teaching techniques based on NLP and Linguistics to make learning faster, easier, and more effective for kids.
- Use engaging visuals, songs, games, and activities to maintain children's attention and interest.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where kids feel safe, motivated, and confident to speak English.
- Assess and track student progress through in-class activities and teacher observations.
- Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to the academic team and Vietnamese co-teachers.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, and development programs provided by WISE ENGLISH.
- Assist in special events, English clubs, or seasonal activities organized for young learners.
- Collaborate with the Academic Manager and other teachers to improve teaching materials and classroom experience.
