Job overview
Hair stylist is responsible for serving our guests with provision of hair treatment in a courteous, gentle, charming and professional manner. To deliver a wellness experience that relaxes and rejuvenates our guests.
Guest experience:
Understands the benefits of each treatment and able to explain this to guest.
Explain treatment flow to the guest.
Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.
Ensure a waiver and health liability form has been obtained from the guest and any issues addressed with the guests.
Is able to cope under pressure at busy times and responds positively to changes in the workplace.
Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming as instructed by company.
Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the treatment rooms and surrounding areas.
Maintains the highest level of discretion and privacy during the guest present.
Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.
Responsible business:
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.Required Skills
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Able to communicate in English
Qualifications
High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
Experience
1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.100% salary & service charge in 2 months of probation

Annual leave from 14 days, 2 days off per week
