- Sharing information about the safety to the subcontractors to follow the safety policy.
- Receive the information from all department to fix all things unsafety in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Oversee environmental health and safety.
- Create PR, offer new codes, ask for quotation, follow up and push the order.
- Make reports and update it on the system .
- Report the period of stopping production line and machines daily.
- Follow up all requisitions from other departments.
- Report electricity and water consumption for the company daily.
- Report imported and exported products, do stock taking.
- Perform all admin job in Maintenance.
- Check attendance, order meals daily.
- Store internal documents, ask for approvals
- Take and reply any worker comments, deploy all memos and official announcements of the company
- Daily update the water/ electricity consumption to the system.
- Check/ control the material in the stock.
- Work together with team to complete all the report.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
