Mô tả công việc
- Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Feedback guest complaints to Team Leader – Housekeeping/ Assistant Manager promptly.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Assists the Executive Housekeeper in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
- Raises job order to Engineering department for repair and maintenance work.
- Assists to schedule, arrange and tracks the appointments of the Housekeeping Manager.
- Works with the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to prepare weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
- Reports and follow-up on repair and maintenance work.
- Ensures scheduled periodic works are carried out.
- Liaises with Florists regarding floral arrangement in the hotel, when necessary.
- Ensures all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- Supports Departmental Trainers through ongoing feedback and assistance at monthly meetings.

- High school or equivalent education required.
- Minimum 12 months of prior experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator.
