1. With Contractors:

• Conduct site surveys, prepare construction drawings and construction methods.

• Order materials based on actual construction requirements.

• Receive and inspect materials delivered by suppliers.

• Review and approve the contractor’s submitted construction methods.

• Manage contractor activities on-site: personnel documentation (lists, safety cards, insurance, certificates, etc.), site access, construction activities, and other daily needs (meals, sanitation, etc.).

• Manage the contractor throughout the construction process: hand over materials, assign construction areas, supervise technical aspects and construction methods, and inspect construction quality at each stage before proceeding to the next phase.

• Propose and report any changes at the construction site to the Project Manager (PM): changes in workload, methods, construction progress, etc.

• Conduct internal quality inspections with QC and O&M teams.

• Verify actual material quantities used and settle material volumes accordingly.

• Consolidate and report construction progress periodically: daily and weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Finalize construction acceptance, inspect, and return the site to its original condition after construction completion.

• Prepare all necessary handover documentation with the contractor: acceptance documents, as-built drawings, construction logs, etc.

2. With Customers and Plant Management:

• Act as the main point of contact at the site with the plant representatives (security personnel, technical staff, etc.).

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with the plant to facilitate site access, material delivery, etc.

• Coordinate with the PM to conduct final acceptance with the plant after construction; inspect and return the site to the plant post-completion.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Male, aged between 25 and 35 years old.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in solar power plants.

• Solid knowledge in construction and design of solar systems.

• Proactive, honest, dynamic, disciplined, results-oriented, and capable of working well in a team.
