Job Objective

Responsible for managing, evaluating, operating, and optimizing the performance of the company’s existing rooftop solar (RTS) systems. This is a key position that plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability and maximizing the value extracted from renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and assess the operational performance of active rooftop solar systems to ensure stable, safe, technically compliant, and optimized operations.

• Conduct regular inspections and analyze performance data via SCADA/monitoring systems.

• Identify bottlenecks or anomalies that impact system output and performance.

• Propose technical solutions to increase energy production, minimize losses, and reduce technical risks and maintenance costs.

• Support the development and training of the O&M technical team.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering and procurement departments to ensure service quality and uphold the company’s brand reputation.

• Prepare analytical reports on system performance, operating costs, technical risks, and the effectiveness of implemented improvements.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the management, supervision, or technical operation & maintenance (O&M) of rooftop solar systems.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of PV systems, inverters, low-voltage electrical equipment, and performance monitoring systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and solar system layouts.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to develop practical improvement solutions.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to travel to project sites across provinces when required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
