We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Engineer Intern to join
our team. In this role, you will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust
quality management system for products and processes related to steam turbines, gas turbines,
and hydrogen technologies.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system for
turbine and hydrogen products.

• Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate manufacturing processes and compliance with
operational standards.

• Analyze quality data and help propose solutions for process improvement.

• Monitor production activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Support planning and oversight of quality control operations.

• Participate in audits during production and propose corrective actions.

• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality inspections and
audits.

• Help manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain quality documentation and support team training efforts.

• Perform other technical-related tasks as required.

Location: R&D Center – 19/1 National Highway 1A, Ben Luc District, Long An Province

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Internship Allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.

• Able to work full-time from Monday to Saturday.

• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is a
plus).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Basic English communication skills are a plus.
