We are seeking a Talent Platform Product Specialist with knowledge and passion for HR Tech and EdTech technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment and training platforms that connect employers with top talents while supporting users in enhancing essential skills. You will work closely with technical and strategic teams to build advanced features, deliver a comprehensive user experience, and contribute to the digital transformation of human resources and education.

Product Research and Analysis
● Conduct market research in HR Tech and EdTech to stay up- to- date with new
technology trends and effective recruitment and training models.
● Gather user data and feedback to assess product effectiveness and identify

Job Requirements

● Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user needs in HR and
