Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for HR activities: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Employee record, Employee documents, etc.
- Monitoring and overview employee account by reconciling records timely and properly between internal HR systems (IBS, ERM, Leave record system).
- Manage employment offer letter and labor contracts issuance across legal entities.
- Perform all reports and activities under HR actives and other HR reports on time, comply with the Firm policy and the local legislations.
- Responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to benefits container, Firm’s policy and other HR procedures.
- Regularly update new Law documents relating to labor code, tax, insurance etc. as compliance.
- Assist in the annual year-end review cycle in terms of HR database reconciliation.
- Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR Operation and C&B practices is plus
- Good/updated knowledge in Labor law.
- Experience working with HR management system
- Familiar with procedures under company size of 300-500
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
- Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with limited supervision. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.
