About the Role:

A new culinary destination is rising — a signature standalone restaurant inspired by timeless elegance and the rich cultural tapestry of HCMC. Under the patronage of Mai House Saigon Hotel, this venue will offer not only refined cuisine, but an experience steeped in story, artistry, and soul.

We are now seeking an F&B Marketing Specialist to be the voice and vision behind this new chapter. You will play a key role in shaping the brand, building anticipation, and crafting campaigns that capture both hearts and appetites.

Your Responsibilities:

• Brand Building: Support the launch and ongoing development of the restaurant’s identity through thoughtful campaigns, content, and guest-facing materials.

• Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic marketing activities around menu launches, seasonal events, special collaborations, and milestone moments.

• Content Creation: Write engaging content for social media, press materials,

website, in-store collaterals, and third-party platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

• Creative Direction: Coordinate visual storytelling—including photoshoots, food styling, and creative production—in collaboration with chefs and designers.

• Digital Marketing: Monitor online engagement and manage content calendars, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and platform performance.

• Public Relations & Partnerships: Build relationships with local media, tastemakers, and lifestyle communities to elevate visibility and guest traffic.

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics and consumer insights to refine strategy and elevate marketing effectiveness.
