Role Overview

As an Engineer, process (WSS), you will support PM/PJM in product transfer, oversee product stages from materials to shipment, provide technical support, ensure product quality and delivery, and lead sustainable improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Participate in overseas training and implement product & process transfers locally.
• Review and validate relevant WOI and WR documents in the CM factory.
• Collaborate with technical supervisor to resolve production issues and control scrap and rework rates.
• Analyzing key technical indicators (yield, scrap, etc.), lead targeted continuous improvement plans.
• Assist in resolving batch-level, major, and critical technical issues while improving processes.
• Support FA team in RMA product analysis.
• Provide technical support to Sourcing, PMC, S&M, QA, and PLM.
• Deliver product technical training to enhance employee knowledge and quality awareness.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/optical/electrical Engineering.
  
  
  

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in engineering or process positions.
• Preferred: Experience in optical or electronics communication industries.
