Your Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the technical direction-setting for key business outcomes
2. Deliver an end-to-end technical outcome across one or more banking domains. They identify service impacts. They understand how new and existing target states will be consumed to deliver and initiative. They work to shape and sequence initiative features on service backlogs.
3. Provide technical direction and consultation to the architecture team, across the technology lifecycle, creating and maintaining the Target State Architecture for each capability within the domain and mapping all components to the assest management system.
4. Align application roadmap to NAB technology strategy and architectural principles/patterns.
5. Perform architecture optimization, scaled modeling, various forms of walkthroughs design reviews
6. Drive the service feature backlog grooming and raises features, epics and stories as suited for delivery and providing architecture input into the prioritization of backlog items. Ensure capabilities external to the service are also identified a dependencies where appropriate.
7. Create impact analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and constraints on the business roadmap in the current business and technology environment including the regulatory impacts and risks.
8. Make the document architectural decisions to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements for the domain.
9. Validate design artifacts for completeness, ensuring testability to enable effective change management of assessments within the domain.
10. Support “You build it, you run it” by participating in service production releases.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Experience of 10+ years in Technology generally.
2. Experience of 5+ years in end-to-end solution architecture design.
3. Experience driving end-to-end solutions in complex organisations with regulatory and legacy constraints.
4. Strong business acumen and engagement skills to influence business strategy to help shape, triage, prioritize business outcomes and develop roadmaps for the business unit/domains.
5. Financial services experience is essential.
6. Commercial / Business Lending experience highly desirable. Experience in specialised finance, in particular Leasing / Equipment Finance is beneficial, as is any experience in programs of legacy transformation work.
7. Ability to lead and maintain backlog of business outcomes portfolio view of the business domain.
8. Experience in working in a scale agile structure to help coordinate work to a persistent team of solution architects.
9. Proven experience in strong business engagement, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex topics with fact-based analysis.
10. Understand the trade-off involved in technology change while simultaneously delivering business benefits.
11. Require commercial acumen, business alignment, and ability to negotiate.
12. Degree in Computer Science/information system or equivalent technical qualification.
13. Architecture or technology-related certifications/cloud will be an advantage.
14. Business acumen in the banking / financial; services industry will be an advantage.
