Pizza 4P‘s is seeking an accomplished DevSecOps Manager to oversee and evolve our development, security and operations capabilities. You will be at the forefront of implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, security integrations, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture strategies that enable our engineers to rapidly deliver innovative products to customers in a secure, resilient manner.

In this critical role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop the DevSecOps vision and execute the roadmap that transforms Pizza 4P‘s into an industry leader renowned for its speed of innovation, operational excellence, and security.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, infosec, and ops teams to formulate strategic plans that align DevSecOps objectives with overall business goals.
• Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, secrets management, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and other foundations to accelerate delivery of business value.
• Champion test automation, infrastructure as code, policy as code, and cloud native patterns to eliminate defects and security flaws by design.
• Implement security scanning, remediation workflows, and compliance as code to shift security left and enable rapid detection and response to vulnerabilities.
• Manage 24/7 incident response runbooks, root cause analysis processes, and fault-tolerant architecture to ensure robustness and uptime of critical systems.
• Motivate cultural change through coaching, evangelizing DevSecOps philosophy, and being a role model for constructive debate grounded in shared business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE ?

• 10+ years in a hands-on DevSecOps engineering or leadership role with a demonstrable track record of impact and achievement.
• Mastery of CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, public cloud, and application security toolchains.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.
• Superb verbal and written communicator able to concisely explain complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Relentless passion for security, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or related field required. Relevant graduate degrees welcomed.
