BAY CAPITAL DANANG HOTEL (Soon to be CROWNE PLAZA DANANG CITY CENTRE managed by IHG as of JAN 01ST 2025)

• Supervise & inspect the work of assigned public areas attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel business objectives.
• Manage all special requests made by Guests & Operational Departments.
• Ensure function rooms and toilets are clean before functions start.
• Check the public area equipment & facilities.
• Receive worksheet/checklist completed by public attendants & file all operational departments properly.
• Check daily amenities and condition of tools after public attendants finish their shift.
• Record any incidents on the Housekeeping Logbook.
• Record all lost & found items & keep them in Lost & found cabinet.
• Check all stores, pantries & make sure all doors are locked securely and all electricity application are turned- off.
• Check & make sure an adequate amount of public attendant supplies for the day.
• Report the Head of Room Department about any damage, damage in the living room, public areas.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of corridor and service areas.
• Perform other tasks when requested by Manager.

• High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Additional certification(s) in Houskeeping will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
