- To be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Human Resources activities
- To be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of Golf Club policies and procedures
- To be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs analysis and training programs together with the Training Manager (if any) in order to enhance the service quality and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling the Club’s guests
- To manage the Human Resources department ensuring staff comply with Golf Club policies and procedures and local and government regulations
- To develop and implement recruitment, screening systems and procedures to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the Golf Club
- Coordinate with requisitioning departments, the recruitment of employees following established standards, policies and procedures; assist them in the orientation, training, development and evaluation of their personnel
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a human resource-related role with 3 of those as Human Resource Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of local employment legislation and any other laws relating to the recruitment, employment terms and conditions, remuneration, working conditions, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of accepted human resource best practices
- Ability to offer impartial advice to employees and Department Heads related to their work performance
- Ability to relate to individuals from different backgrounds and of different abilities in a reasonable and even-handed manner
- Ability to develop training plans which are both motivational and informative
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting applications and database management software.
