Support the Commercial team to contact and maintain the relationship with suppliers/customers of the Asia Pacific team, especially the China region Follow-up and handle, and enforce the communication between the Headquarter Import-Export Department/Logistics and the International Sales Team Make monthly reports of sales volume, market intelligence, and other types of reports as assigned by Managers. Support commission calculation and payment, sample products send/ receive schedules, and welcome clients and suppliers in their visits. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Having experience in SAP-ERP system is a plusBachelor's Degree in Supply chain, Logistics, International trade, Economics, or related fields.
