Main Purpose
1. Responsible for operation, management and report of fattening activities at Starter, Grower and Finisher farms.
2. Collect and analyze data of fattening results and suggest improvement plan.

Main Responsibilities
WORK MANAGEMENT, IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Cooperate with colleagues, manager to achieve department/team targets/objectives and optimize resources
ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & VETERINARY MANAGEMENT
Contact and coordinate with farm staff to check, record and adjust ration accordingly. Receive, create treatment regimen, treatment instructions, and record post-treatment results.
Record, analyse, evaluate and report the fattening process.
Update local hygiene situation.
Review the results of the work in charge and propose adjustments for Vietnam's fattening conditions
Review & supervise inventory management and quality control system to get the safe level of materials.
Review, evaluate and recommend the analyse of fattening results and KPIs to improve results of next month/year
BUILDING PLAN
Build yearly/quarterly/monthly plan of the Department:
- Review and finalize fattening plan (herd number).
- Calculate demand of feed, vaccine, medicine, tools, etc. for fattening plan.
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES
Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
At least graduated University/College, (prefered) in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary or relevant Technical Husbandry – Veterinary, Science Animal, Agricutural Economic…
Experience
1-2 years of working experience in the same position.
Technical Skills
- Having professional knowledge and experience in practice for taking care of, prevent disease and treating for cattle, manage cattle herd in huge quantity.
- Skill for mindset, calculate, manage headcount, and herd structure
Soft Skills
- Proficient in MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Honesty, carefulness, a sense of responsibility and sociable.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a progressive spirit of learning.
- Willingness to take business trips regularly.
- Skills in planning, organizing, and executing scientific and effective work.
Special requirements
Language:
- English communiation.
- Japanese is an advantage.
