Manpower's Client is a company specializing in mobile native ads network, a subsidiary of Japan's Freak Out Holdings group (currently has subsidiaries in 10 countries around the world).
Responsibilities
1/ Payments related:
- Confirm payment invoices (confirm PIT) (20~25 invoices)
- Confirm employee disbursement (2 reimbursements)
- Bank instruction of above (create bank payments transactions for above) (25~27 instructions)
2/ Sales and Accounts receivable management:
- Monthly Sales calculation
- Create invoices
- Follow up on Accounts receivable (10-15 invoices)
- Monthly Cost calculation
3/ Payroll related:
- Salary calculation (2-3 people)
- Statutory (Health/Labor, etc. calculations)
4/ Tax related:
- Calculate VAT/FCT/PIT
- Confirm quarterly VAT/FCT reports
- Submit through government portal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience in Accountant or C&B roles
- Good at English in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in using Excel, MOS
