Mô tả công việc
• Carry out customer research, approach customers by means of methods such as tele- sales, sales call, meeting & presentation.
• Guide customers to survey products on site.
• Make quotations for retail and group customers.
• Follow up change the room rate on OTAs site depens on hotel room availability.
• Coordinating tasks such as coordinating with other departments to provide optimal service for guests.
• Executing contracts, issuing contracts...
• Research and analyze sales options
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Update trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/ service.
• Collect and analyze information, prepare data and business reports.
• Make weekly and monthly reports.
