Job Description
- New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
- Consolidate vendors’ quotations and perform comparison
- Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many rare cards are received from vendors and evaluate their performance overall.
- Adopt selection process to ensure fair competition
- Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
- Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
- Checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
- Manage relationships with organizational stakeholders and external vendors for procurement
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- BA of Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, Foreign Trade
- At least 01 year of experience in the procurement
- A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
- Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
- Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment
