- Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and development team members to analyze product specifications, specification changes, and additional new features.
- Participate in project development as a Senior/Principal Software Engineer from the Outline Design, Detail Design, Development/Implementation, Code Review, Unit Testing, and Release stages. Training is available for those aspiring to become Principal Software Engineers.
- Design databases, develop functionalities, and provide support to team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the PM.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết

• 4+ years of experience working with PHP in web application development projects (Development, Refactoring, Unit Testing). Candidates passionate about pure PHP development are preferred.
• Experience with at least one PHP framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii 2, CakePHP, or Zend.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Skilled in Git (UI/Command Line).
• Experience using PHPStorm IDE.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, Angular.js.
• Experience handling large-scale data processing in databases (Insert/Update/Delete).
• Knowledge or experience in writing PHPUnit tests.
• Experience in code refactoring and code review.
• Strong understanding and experience in clean code principles.
• Good reading comprehension of English technical documents.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze customer business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and present technical documentation clearly and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding Japanese company work culture is a plus.
