Responsibilities - Manage new product introduction for general chemicals, biocides, cosmetics and veterinary health products and more: + Provide direction to Marketing, R&D, Supply chain Operations, and Sales to facilitate speed to market and to maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. + complete product clearances, and registrations with relevant authorities for products introduced in Vietnam (for example, registrations for cosmetics, food processing aids, products listed on conditional trading license). - Develop working relationship with local agencies, for example FDA, MOH, MOIT, DOIT, and DAH. - Check & maintain product compliance documents and ensure continued regulatory compliance of existing products. - Function as Vietnam subject matter expert for product regulations, including developments. - Assist the product safety team with GHS and SDS support eg provide translations, knowledge of local regulation. - Support customer compliance inquiries as needed - Lead and manage the regulatory affairs team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective regulatory operations. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development. - Develop and implement regulatory strategies in alignment with business objectives, leveraging team expertise and industry best practices. SEA team - Support SEA regulatory compliance, reporting and business partnering activities as indicated by the SEA Manager.

- College degree with 5+ years professional experience; at least one of DOIT, Biocides and MOH registration experience preferred. - Knowledgeable on chemical and chemical regulation is preferable. - Structured and process oriented but at the same time, who is hands on with registration. - Hands on experience with people management. - Good problem-solving skills - Demonstrated grasp of business and regulatory processes - Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese) - Independence Level • Works under general direction on independent activities • Manages specific projects as assigned. • Lead person or regulatory representative. • Internal and cross-functional role.
