JOB SUMMARY
The Asst. Social Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with Hoiana Resort & Golf's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and driving online engagement to enhance the resort's digital presence and brand awareness. The Asst. Social Manager will work closely with the Brand Communications and Digital teams to support overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with the Brand Communications team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
- Oversee the production of visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and other digital content.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Engage with users and build a strong online community by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategies for better engagement and ROI.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the Digital team to integrate social media strategies with SEO, paid advertising, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, F&B, and Events, to promote resort offerings, special events, and campaigns through social media.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for social media-related projects.
Crisis Management:
- Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises and respond appropriately to protect the brand's reputation.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and culture is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
