Job Objectives

• The Digital Planner (DP) is responsible for the planning, development and execution of digital & social campaign. DP must be ahead of the curve when it comes to digital trends. Participates in identifying key target audience, market segments, online value propositions and working with the brand concepts to ensure an effective integrated media plan with Digital Manager
• The position is training-intensive. Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential. The DP is expected to be an active participant, increasing participation over time in the position. The DP evaluate media opportunities, performs other duties and task as assigned

Job Responsibility

1. Build and develop strategies, make media plans and KPI for clients’ campaigns
2. Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work to ensure KPI of each channel
3. Execute (incl. setting up & optimize) & report of the effectiveness and give solutions to improve effect in each period of campaign
4. Assist with the preparation, development, and monitoring of media plans for selected clients
5. Update digital marketing trends, apply technologies, tools and digital platform into campaigns
6. Assist in the evaluation of media opportunities
7. Investigates & utilizes the information from researching sources
8. Other responsibilities as needed; assembly of presentation materials, client binders, meeting setup and other administrative tasks
9. Ad-hoc tasks: Task related job purpose

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business English or related fields
• At least 2 year experience in Digital Marketing/ Media
• Basic knowledge of all digital channels
• Experience in basic execution of ads setting up in main platform (GG, FB, TikTok, Ad Networks…)
• Understanding of digital’s report 
• Knowledge of Marketing
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Good presentation in both Vietnamese & English
• Team work, Client service, Problem solving skills
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure & deadline
