Mô tả Công việc - Be responsible for Trade Marketing strategies and implementation to increase sales volume and product visibility - Make annual budget and target for product category - Develop and evaluate category-specific promotion plan - Functionally responsible for data analysis and trade programs to optimize Coverage. - Directionally responsible in developing trade pricing strategy (with appropriate trade competitive response plans) in alignment with Category and Marketing Plans. Monitor competitive price actions plan and recommend changes as appropriate. - Work with Marketing team on new product developments with regards to product launch, exit, pack counts, top line forecasts (market share, volume) and baseline / incremental forecasts due to in-store promotions. - Track and analyze all BTL activities implemented to take out learning's & improve activities in the future - Cooperate with marketing to organize events such as Sales Briefing, Retailer Conference and market visit - Evaluate the needs of the field and translating that into specific Trade marketing programs.
