The Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets; focusing on driving business growth, establishing key customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction; and playing a critical role in shaping the sales strategy, identifying market opportunities, and implementing effective sales initiatives; and may lead a team.
· Follow up and deliver accounts' budget (working with Key Account Manager)
· Build and develop good rapport with clients. Ensure customer's requirement are responded and fulfill;
· To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward "safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements".Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales field, preferably with packaging or related food & beverage customers background;
Have B2B, B2C selling skills, presentation and negotiation skills
Be able to build up and develop good relationship with potential customers.
Be persistent, mature, independent and adaptable in a dynamic environment;
Good in problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure
Be active and honest, flexible
Proficient in using computers and MS OfficesLaptop
